What warranty and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) support do you offer? +
Every switchgear system includes an engineering warranty of 12 months from commissioning or 18 months from delivery, whichever is earlier. Clients and third-party inspection agencies (TPIA) are welcomed at our Kolkata works for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), including high-voltage insulation withstand tests, contact resistance measurement (CRM), primary injection, and functional trip sequence testing.
